Premium Pods: Sold Out!
Our red Premium Pods are the ultimate choice for maximum visibility, strategically located at the front of the stand where footfall is greatest. Each Premium Pod is equipped with an HD TV screen, offering dynamic display capabilities to capture the attention of visitors as they navigate the main aisle. Make a lasting impression and attract more visitors with our premium, front-facing pods.
Price: £8,900 + VAT
Standard Pods:
Our blue, aisle-facing standard pods are designed to make your brand stand out with a striking 1m x 1m back-lit display graphic panel. Located along the busy aisles, these pods benefit from steady footfall, offering the perfect opportunity to maximise your visibility and impact.
Price: £8,200 + VAT
Pod Share:
Each pod can be shared by a maximum of two companies. The second company will receive their own digital registration, access to the WTM exhibitor portal plus three additional staff badges. Please note, however, that no more than two members of staff may be present at each pod at any one time.
Add-on price: £500 + VAT
H-Booths: Last One Available!
A new addition last year, the H-booths are located within the meeting area. Each booth features a 1200cm x 450cm back-lit graphic panel, branded meeting table, and comfortable seating for up to 3 people. We have 8 booths in total, offering an intimate and professional setting for your business needs. Please note that due to high demand, booth bookings are limited to one per company and cannot be booked in conjunction with a pod.

BOOKING PROCESS:
1. Please view the up-to-date stand plan here – all pods with numbers only are available for you to book.
2. Please follow the link below to complete the digital booking form. Please state your top 3 preferences of pod or booth location (1st, 2nd and 3rd choices) in case your preferred pod or booth sells before we receive your request.
Please note: You can book up to two pods with one booking form. Premium Pods are always in high demand so we would advise that you still list three locations, but include at least one Standard Pod location in case we are unable to accommodate your request. Please note, H-Booth bookings are limited to one per company and cannot be booked in conjunction with a pod.
Pods and booths will be strictly allocated on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. Please note that due to high demand your preferred location is not guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The UKinbound Events Team CANNOT accept requests by email and we are unable to reserve, hold or book pods or booths until we have received your booking via the form linked below.
Upon receipt of this booking form, a member of the UKinbound Team will be in touch to confirm your pod or booth location during the week commencing Monday 7 July. We will then issue an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of £1,500 + VAT, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. Your pod will be confirmed upon receipt of payment only. Terms and conditions on the booking form will apply.
