Thank you for your interest in attending UKinbound Inspire in Greenwich, London! Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.

 

RATES

Buyers (Tour Operators, DMCs & OTAs): FREE

Supplier Early Bird Rate (first delegate): £175 + VAT
Supplier Early Bird Rate (**second delegate): £125 + VAT

Supplier Standard Rate (first delegate): £225 + VAT
Supplier Standard Rate (**second delegate): 175 + VAT

 

**Please note that second delegates will share a meeting itinerary with the lead delegate. 

 

Early bird rates end on Friday 4 July so make sure to book your place as soon as possible and save £50 per delegate!

 

What's included?

Tickets include access to the B2B Workshop and Networking Evening, meals and refreshments, and fam trips. 

Please note that accommodation will not be available to book with your ticket. However, we have negotiated preferential rates at four partner hotels.

Travel to and from the event is not included, and delegates are encouraged to book their journeys at their earliest convenience. We are working with our rail members to secure delegate rates for return travel to London. More information will be announced as soon as possible. Uber Boat by Thames Clippers are kindly offering delegates complimentary return tickets. Instructions on how to book are included in the invitation email and the event webpage.

 

How to register? 

Complete the Booking Form below to book your place. Registration will take approximately 10 minutes. Once completed, you will receive an automatic email confirming the details you submitted (please check your junk/spam folder). 

You can register up to TWO delegates with this form. Please note that second delegates will share a meeting diary with first delegates.

BUYERS ONLY: If you would like to have multiple itineraries, please submit a separate booking form for each lead delegate.

SUPPLIERS: If you would like to register as both a buyer and supplier, please submit separate booking forms for each lead delegate. Please note that both bookings will be charged at the supplier rate.

FAM TRIPS

 

We are delighted to offer buyer delegates a choice of fam trips on Friday 5 September to exploring the very best of Greenwich and the surrounding area.

 

Buyers Only:

 

Fam Trip One: Maritime Greenwich (max. 30 delegates, 1 per company)

Meet in Maritime Greenwich for a visit to the Cutty Sark, the world’s oldest surviving tea clipper and marvel at the tales of life at sea for its crew. Then, take a short walk up the hill in Greenwich Park to the Royal Observatory, home of space and time. Stand astride the Meridian Line with one foot in the Eastern and one foot in the Western Hemisphere and enjoy the tales of the astronomers and the history of time!

After a break for lunch, enjoy time in London's very own Sistine Chapel - The Painted Hall at Old Royal Naval College and walk in the grounds where blockbusters such as Jurassic Park, James Bond, Thor, and Bridgerton were filmed.

 

Fam Trip Two: Greenwich Peninsula (max. 30 delegates, 1 per company)

Explore the modern side of Greenwich and start the day on a high by climbing over the world’s most iconic arena with Up at The O2. Learn about the local area and the acts that play under the roof of one of the world's top entertainment venues.

Then, enjoy some time at leisure inside the O2, home to bars and restaurants as well as a designer outlet - all under one roof. After a break for lunch, enjoy a 'flight' on the IFS Cloud Cable Car and take in spectacular views of the area.

For a flexible way to see the sights of the capital, Thames River Sightseeing are offering delegates a complimentary two-day River pass for all delegates, valid on Thursday 4 & Friday 5 September.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to proceed with your booking, please accept the UKinbound Terms and Conditions.* WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES Tickets include access to the B2B Workshop and Networking Evening, meals and refreshments and fam trips. BOOKING CONFIRMATION Upon receipt of this booking form, a member of the UKinbound Accounts Team will be in touch within seven working days to issue an invoice. Delegate places will be confirmed upon receipt of payment only. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be received by 17:00 on or before Friday 18 July 2025 and a cancellation charge of 50% of your ticket price will apply. Cancellations received after this date will not be entitled to any refund and any outstanding payment will be required. PAYMENT VAT will be added to all delegate rates at 20%. All payments must be received by no later than Friday 22 August 2025. UKinbound reserves the right to deny delegate attendance should any costs related to this booking be outstanding at the commencement of the event. MEMBERSHIP Companies registering to attend the event must be a member of UKinbound. UKinbound members must be fully paid up for the 2024/2025 membership year at the time of the event. If membership has lapsed, not been renewed, renewal payment not been received or if the company has not yet joined the association, UKinbound reserves the right to deny delegate attendance. GDPR By registering for this event, I agree that my full name and company will be shared with other delegates in the B2B online portal and event app for the purposes of networking and scheduling meetings.
